The Anglican Churches of the Deanery of Thunder Bay are seeking a Children and Youth Ministry Facilitator. The position is part time 13 hours weekly and the rate of remuneration is $14.50 hourly. The position will be filled by someone who has proven leadership qualities. This person will be required to facilitate the churches in developing an effective child and youth ministry in the Anglican Parishes in the Thunder Bay area.

The successful candidate will have experience in Youth Networks, possess a good knowledge of Scripture and demonstrate a Christian lifestyle. The candidate will also need to possess a valid driver’s licence and have available transportation. A police records check and two references are required

On Saturday June 25 please be on the water in your vessel or bring your lawn chairs, come down to at the lookout on Pier 3 at Marina Park, the north end near the band shell and take in the Blessing of the Fleet. At 10:30 a.m. the McGillivray Pipe Band will conduct a Tattoo and at 11:00 a.m. a service of Blessing is held with a parade of vessels. Boaters are invited to take part.
