Come and nurture your soul in an atmosphere of peace and stillness.
The Retreat Leader will be the Reverend Mother, Sister Elizabeth Ann, from the Anglican Convent of St. John the Divine in Toronto. She will give 2 talks. The rest of the time is for quiet reflection. You may read a spiritual book, the Bible, pray, journal, rest and reflect on God’s call to you.
It is well known that a day spent apart from daily demands leads to a deep sense of God’s peace and purpose.
Delicious snacks and lunch are included in the $30 cost.

Matthew Reszitnyk, Event Coordinator Intern at Volunteer Thunder Bay, is seeking churches willing to lend out 200 fancy tea cups and saucers for Volunteer Thunder Bay’s Mad Hatter Tea (Sunday, April 6th at Prince Arthur Hotel from 1:30-4 pm. Matthew says, “We’d be sure to keep them safe for the day to have them cleaned before their return. We’d like to borrow the tea cups/saucers just for the afternoon. If there are any parishes will to step forward to help lend some of their tea-ware, it would be GREATLY appreciated.” If you can help Matthew out, please call him at (807)-623-8272.
