Would you like to have a Spa Day for your Soul?

We are offering one on Saturday, March 29 at St. Paul’s from 9 am to 3:30 pm.

Come and nurture your soul in an atmosphere of peace and stillness.

The Retreat Leader will be the Reverend Mother, Sister Elizabeth Ann, from the Anglican Convent of St. John the Divine in Toronto. She will give 2 talks. The rest of the time is for quiet reflection. You may read a spiritual book, the Bible, pray, journal, rest and reflect on God’s call to you.

It is well known that a day spent apart from daily demands leads to a deep sense of God’s peace and purpose.

Delicious snacks and lunch are included in the $30 cost.

To register, please email Eleanor Gardiner at eleanorotgardiner@gmail.com

Hope to see you at the Spa!!!
