EVENTS AT ST. PAUL’S

“Trailblazing the Scriptural Landscape”

Saturday, November 4
9:30am – 3pm
St. Paul’s Anglican Church
808 Ridgeway Street

The Bible is a varied and fertile landscape. Too often, however, as we travel the biblical terrain, we end up strolling down the same familiar roads, restricting our perspective and leaving ourselves impervious to beauty, nourishment, and riches we have yet to discover. So let’s embark upon some time-tested but neglected pathways. Let’s even blaze a new trail or two. Let’s set out to encounter fresh vistas and vantage points capable of inspiring transformation!

Peering through the lens of the lectionary, equipped with an array of provocative questions in our interpretive backpacks, and with Algoma’s Congregational Development Officer, Jay Koyle, as our guide, we will discover ways of inhabiting scriptural narrative so that scriptural narrative inhabits us…so that we embody the good news!
