In June of 2016, in response to a Supreme Court ruling demanding legislation concerning Medically Assisted Death, Bill C-14 passed through Canada’s parliament and was given Royal Assent. It is now legal for medical practitioners to assist individuals with terminal illness who meet certain criteria to choose to die by medical means.
This workshop is specially for clergy, lay-readers and those that do Pastoral care visits.
