The Mission to Seafarers 12th Annual Fund-raising Dinner is being held Friday, April 7 at the Current River Community Centre – 450 Dewe Ave. Tickets $35.00 The guest speaker is the Rev’d Canon Andrew Wright, Secretary General of the Mission to Seafarers. This is one of the main fund-raisers for the Mission, so please come out and support this worthy cause. For tickets please see your MTS Congregational Representative. Marriage Prep Couples Workshop

– Saturday April 29th –

Calling all engaged couples!

The decision to become a married couple is profound and exciting. This day- long programme will provide you with the opportunity to explore your personality style, discuss your preferred “language of love,” learn budgeting tips, reflect on your family of origin and family values, address legal realities of marriage, explore wedding Music and find out how to keep the ‘woo’ in your marriage!

You will also have the opportunity to speak to Christian couples at different stages in your married life. Workshop includes snacks, and a healthy Lunch, ends with a delicious, romantic candlelight dinner.

Location: St. John’s Anglican Church, Thunder Bay Time: 9:00am to 7:00pm – Cost: $100.
